Migrate dk.netarkivet.harvester.harvesting.WARCWriterProcessor to work with H3

NetarchiveSuite has modified the WARCWriterProcessor bundled with Heritrix in order to include some NetarchiveSuite-metadata in the WARC-INFO record. The metadata currently comes from the harvestInfo.xml file. The path to this metadata is currently relative to the H1 disk-path variable. Instead of using the disk-path variable, we could make it relative to something else
