    Description

      In the future IA will probably only support Heritrix 3.
      Consequently Netarchivesuite will have to support Heritrix 3 instead of only supporting Heritrix 1.X.
      This means communicating with Heritrix w/ REST instead of JMX and replacing all our Heritrix 1 style templates with Heritrix 3 style templates.
