Prepackaged databases in Netarchivesuite.zip should be generated by the build process

Currently we ship prebuilt Derby databases as part of the zip file generated with "ant releasezipball".

As part of the ant->maven migration each of these should be a maven artifact generated from a humanly editable source. A large text file containing SQL create and insert statements would be fine for a start (the SQL create statements may come from a common source so we only have one point in the build process where these happen).
