Remove usage of custom DB dumps for Quickstart and test databases

We have currently a lot of db definitions floating around in different Derby and Postgresql dump which are used in tests and Quickstart. This means that is a very timeconsuming and error prone process to change the DB schema.

Another problem is that the actual DB creation scripts included in the NAS source is not used as part of the release test, and is therefore not testen.

We should therefore remove all usage of custom DB dump, and instead switch to using the reference DB creation scripts + DB population functionality for the tests and Quickstart
