Description
In https://sbforge.org/display/NAS/TEST+7#TEST7-CheckJobStatusforFailedandResubmittedJobs . There are actually zero jobs resubmitted, but there are still jobs in the state "Resubmitted" - ie those which were already resubmitted when the database was dumped. Is this as expected? Why are no jobs actually resubmitted?
