Add a limit to how many harvestlogs is processed each time the automatic workflow runs

The call to FindHarvestLogs should include a limit to the number of harvestlogs returned
in the script findharvestlogs.sh

dk.kb.webdanica.webapp.tools.FindHarvestLogs $1 $2

The $1 and $2 refers to

WORKFLOW_HOME=$1
WEBDANICA_VERSION=$2

respectively
