Improve on the classification of danica seeds during postprocessing

The Curators want to improve on the way, the CriteriaIngest program decide if an investigated seed is danica or not.

We're going to add an option, that if that the seed is not assigned a likelyDanish danishcode.
then it is rejected as being danica.
