check_apps_alive.sh should also check how many NAS apps are currently running

    Description

      We recently identified a problem with netarchivesuite on the production.
      The GUIApplication was evidently bound to a bash session, and when this terminated, the application was killed without any mention in the netarchivesuite logs.

      So we should also check in the check_apps_alive.sh script how many NAS apps are currently running.
