index.cdx files are not removed from the ftp server

    Description

      ProxyLauncher.createIndexFile should remove the file from the ftp server after
      successful copyTo. These files can get pretty big already now they are 225MB
      per file.
      NOTE: This bug is originally from Bugzilla bug_id=338.
