The harvester gladly sets the next event to happen in the past without any sort of warning

When scheduling is done the next event is calculated. If this event is in the
past it should at least be logged at leavel WARNING so we have a chance to
handle this situation properly. Perhaps we should even skip a few events to make
the next date happen in the future?
