Extend job IDs search on Harvest Status page

On the Harvest Status page, jobs can be search by IDs either using:

• a single ID (42123),
• several IDs (42123, 42128, 42135),
• a range of IDs (42123-42135).

Give the possibility to combine comas and dashes to display a defined set of jobs. For example:

• 42123,43500-43510,41236
• 43500-43510, 42123, 42513-
  Comas and dashes can be used several times and at any places.

If nothing is specified after - or before -, the latest or very first ID should be taken into account.
