    Description

      When the comments field in a HarvestDefinition contains a double-quote character, for example, it is inserted in the Heritrix template unescaped with fatal consequences.

      The error is in the method

      H3HeritrixTemplate.insertWarcInfoMetadata()

      The fix should be trivial.
