Umbra settings for HarvestController to cxml-file

When the HarvestController receives a request for a harvest with umbra the HarvestController is created with an additional clienID.

This clientID is transmitted to the cxml-file to secure that each individual job has an unique clientID for the umbra bean

To filter out the unwanted sites that come through a harvest with umbra a regular expression is also given to the cxml-file
