The HarvestStatusReceiver.getCount method has a memoryLeak

    Description

      It seems that then when enabling settings.harvester.scheduler.limitSubmittedJobsInQueue
      a memory-leak is created, as the QueueSession object is never closed whenever a QueueBrowser is created.
