Cleanup Scripts Not Working

The cleanup scripts for the release test apparently do not correctly clean the Windows bitarchive machines with the result

1. The Bitpreservation filestatus shows 18 files in the KB archive missing elsewhere, and
2. The file 1-metadata-1.warc.gz cannot be uploaded because there is already an old file with that name still around.
