    Description

      Add a prefix to (W)ARC files.

      There was already a class, CollectionPrefixNamingConvention.java, in order to name the archive files with a prefix. The parameter settings.harvester.harvesting.heritrix.archiveNaming.collectionName is just moved from this class to HarvesterSettings.java for consistency
