NetarchiveResourceStore doesn't handle revisits well

A good example is mott.dk . This replays fine with NetarchiveCachingResourceStore but fails with NetarchiveResourceStore and the log gives messages about an unexpected end-of-record. See the comment in the code about using getOriginalUrl(). Iirc, calling getUrlKey() has a side effect in ARCRecord which causes it to think the headers have already been read.
