Define a Better crawler-bean for tests

Current release tests and system test use pre-defined data in an sql dump. This is ok, but deployment of the tests should automatically substitute the defaul cxml with one that is kept in version control as part of the NAS project - one that includes all currently defined placeholders and therefore also a DeDuplicator bean.
