Release setup: start of viewerproxy fails with usage message

INFO: Starting dk.netarkivet.viewerproxy.ViewerProxyApplication
Usage: java ProxyLauncher [server-instruction ...]
Server instructions are set in xml-elements dk.netarkivet.proxyviewer.command
in settings.xml
The server instructions are as follows.
server/addport/PORTNO
Makes the server listen on the specfied port.
Does not affect behaviour on other ports.
Example: server/addport/8080
server/configure/PATH
Runs the instructions listed in the specified file
Instructions in the file should be separated by newlines.
Example: server/configure/home/nhc/test/proxy_setup.txt
archives/addarc/NICK/PATH
Registers a new archive on the server.
The register is identified by the specified nickname
The nickname cannot contain slashes.
The PATH indicates a CDX index of the archive.
Example: archives/addarc/uge42/home/nhc/test/arcs/master.cdx
