Log deletions from frontier in Journal

Start any harvest and use the nas.groovy script in the H3 console. Use listFrontier() to find what is in the frontier and deleteFromFrontier to delete som e elements. Check the newly created logfile in the heritrix logdir to see that the action is logged.
