Major Description
The generated .vbs files have a logic for dealing with undefined JAVA_HOME, but the logic is faulty.
The script assumes that WshShell.ExpandEnvironmentStrings("%JAVA_HOME%") will return an empty string if %JAVA_HOME% is undefined, but in fact it just returns the string %JAVA_HOME% !!! See http://www.devguru.com/technologies/wsh/17413
