Switch classpath definition to be defined in shell script

The current definition of the dependent jars are currently defined in the modules jar fiels manifest file. This makes it difficult to change the classpath after the jar has being build, which runs counter to trend of modifying runtime behaviour by adding jars to the classpath as seen in f.ex. slf4j.
