Description
As it is possible for data files (eg: BnF-6157-50-20140416093235-00000-ciblee_2014_menelas2.bnf.fr.warc.gz), it should be possible to use the same prefix for metadata files (BnF-1-1-metadata-1.warc, or 1-1-metadata-BnF-1.warc if not possible). Related question: do we have to keep "-1" hard-coded?
