Failing tests because of archive module test DB leaking

The following tests have been disabled because of test interactions leading to failing tests:

• DatabaseBasedActiveBitPreservationTester: All tests disabled.
• ArcRepositoryDatabaseTester
  • testGetChecksumNotStoredFile
  • testStoreFailedAlreadyUploadedChecksum
