      Comment from review CR-NAS-188:

      I'm be thinking that we should dump the whole ArchiveFileNameParser thing, It is only used to write CDX_URI with "jobId", "harvestID", "timestamp", "serialNo" information. And in the HarvestDocumentation class to check, if there are "foreign files " in the crawldir.
