Schedule a job

Stop the database

Wait for exceptions to be visible in the HarvestJobManager log

Restart the database

Schedule some new jobs

Look for normal behaviour: new jobs visible in the GUI, job creation logged in HarvestJobManager logfile

Description

Durent a restart of the database during TEST6, new jobs wasn't created. This is properly caused by the generated exception crashing the scheduler task.
