Possibly synchronization prevents selective scheduling during snapshot scheduling

Seen a lot of messages like:
Not creating jobs for harvestdefinition #125 (Kat1_dagligt_4_niveauer)
as the previous scheduling is still running

during the scheduling of the snapshot harvest!

Could be there still is some excessive synchronization going on.
