Add PostgreSQL usage to deploy scripts

This is primarily a concern in connection with the release test, where we use the automatic deploy of the NAS system extensively.
We need to be able to run concurrently several NAS instances, each using a separate PostgreSQL database, that all are in the same PostgreSQL DBMS.
