Description

Every time one of the KB harvesters requests an index it must be ftp'ed 2 times:
1. ftp from server X to Y according to the Indexserver settings file
2. ftp from server Y to e.g. HARVESTER-ONE

It would be better if it was the harvester which requested the index directly from the Indexserver.
