Major Description
We suspect that FTP dataconnections between Windows BitarchiveApplications and Linux servers may stall sometimes making the BitarchiveApplication unresponsive and in need for reboot.
This behaviour may be helped by adding a dataTimeout to ftpconnections established in the FTPRemoteFile class.
The org.apache.commons.net.ftp.FTPCLient has setDataTimeout() method that can
be used for this purpose.
I suggest as default value 600 (10 minutes)
