      Verify by the following:
      Make a clean start.
      Perform a harvest (e.g. netarkivet.dk)
When the harvest is finished, then close the KB bitarkives.
Try watching the harvest in the viewerproxy (The default timeout for the batchjob is 24 hours).
Verify that the indices are retrieved from SB instead (e.g. look for index batchjobs in the log at SB bitarchive).

    Description

Now the index-server whenever the local bitarchive replica is down it cannot get hold of the data necessary to generate the indices.
So it should be able to contact another bitarchive replica (if there is one) if the local bitarchive replica is not responding.
