Upload new batchjob through the GUI

It should be possible to upload new batchjob through the BatchGUI.
A new batchjob should be placed inside a jar-file which should be uploaded along the classpath for the specific batchjob. When it is uploaded it should be verified that the batchjob exists within the jar-file at the given classpath.
This could be done by saving the arc-file in the 'batch' folder and then adding the batchjob to the settings for the GUIApplication. Alternatively a new settings file in the batch folder could be used for keeping track of the new batchjobs.
