Add WaybackIndexerApplication to deploy

The new WaybackIndexerApplication needs to be added to the deploy config first for test and later for prod. The application uses our standard application classes. It depends on monitor archive wayback and common.
In addition it depends on commons-collections. This is included as a heritrix dependency but is not currently a dependency in netarchive-suite.
Configuration of the indexer (see settings.xml for wayback class) requires a
database server with a database/login . The application is designed to be neutral regarding the database flavour. Hibernate will automatically create the schema for the database on first run. DerbyDB would be the easiest.
