Make HTTPRemoteFile that works like a FTPRemoteFile (ie. by using a common server in the communication)

During discussion with two former developers of the Netarchivesuite this idea
came up that one could use HTTP as the transport agent even when there is no direct path between source and destination as is not always the case in the netarkivet installation.
The idea is to copy the data from the source machine A to a HTTP server X and then the destination machine B reads the data from X and deletes the data from X.
