Description
It should be easier to make MySQL work with deploy (or if it already is easy it should be better documented). At present one needs to
i) Specify a mysql connector string + driver class in deploy
ii) add the mysql connector jar to the release zip
iii) add the mysql connector jar to the classpath for the GUIApplication
We should get deploy application to do all this for us. Since we cannot distribute the mysql driver with nas deploy will need to take the location of the jarfile as a parameter.
We should also distribute a ready-to-use dump of a MySql database with templates and schedules pre-installed.
(All this is a necessary precursor to eventually switching netarkivet over MySql.)
