Storing deploy scripts output in log files

This is a feature wanted by the IT service department at the Danish Royal Library.
When calling the install script for a large setup some of the printed lines are scrolled out of the terminal/konsole and thus lost which could mean that some warnings are lost.
This could also be the case for the central start and kill scripts on large setups.
The central administration scripts created by Deploy should therefore send the output from the script to a log file e.g. something which would result in "install_K.sh > install_K.log".
