Virtual Hosting problem for harvester

Is it possibly to configure Heritrix 3 in a way so we don't have virtual hosting problems?
That is when a webhosting company chooses that one IP adress includes several domains and thereby gives high risk of massive harvesting from the same harvester. When the webhosting company sees our traffic it immediately closes the connection to our IP adress. The Steering committee wants to know.
