Create cleanup script for test instances

Since we often change the configurations and machines in the test-environment at Netarkivet.dk it would be a good feature to have Deploy autogenerate a cleanup script.
The existing installation with all directories should not be deleted but instead moved to 'backup' directories.
This script should only be created for the test-instance and be an argument for the 'backup dir' should be added to the existing test-arguments.
Thus the test-arguments would become:
-T[HttpOffsetPort][HttpPort][EnvironmentName][MailReceivers][BackupDir]
