Activity when domain is to be crawled. One table for seed

The use case which needs to be generalized is to send out an email automatically or manually to a group of people at the beginning of a selective crawl.

A selective crawl contains a number of seeds. One or many seeds are belonging to an owner of a website. This owner should get informed about the crawl of his webpage(s) before the first crawl of his page starts.

Due to this requirement it would be necessary to store some information (email-Address already send template id ...) related to each seed. Therefore the clob seeds column from the seedslists table should be moved to an own table seeds.

It should be possible to select an email template for each selective crawl which is used when sending out the emails.
