Information from the database used to generate a job should be stored with the job metadata

To preserve information on how and why a job was harvested the data from the database used to generate the job should be stored in the harvest metadata files.
Doing this will encompass the following:

• Generate an XML blob from the relevant information in the database
• Put the data in the preharvest-metadata with the job
