Possibilities to check if batchjob has been executed on all files

A possible enhancement after implementation of assignment B2 (on Archive improvements) would be to make checks on whether a batchjob has been executed on all files in the archive.
The assignnment implementation will give a database with all files and timestamps for upload (for newcomming files). This will mean that it will be possible to calculate how many files a batch job is expected to be executed on (per segment) from the inforamtion in the datbase.
