Terminology: Use 'bitarchive' to mean one bitarchiveapplication. Use location to mean the entire deployment for one location

We use the word bitarchive in two meanings:

• One machine running the bitarchiveapplication.
• All machines running on one location including the bitarchivemonitor.
  Sometimes we even use it to mean the arcrepository.
  We should define a clear terminology and stick to it.
