Improve click pattern of harvest definition UI

This feature was requested at the NetarchiveSuite workshop in September 2007:
The main problem in the UI according to participants is not that it's ugly but that it's difficult to navigate. We should think in terms of click patterns: What click patterns are needed to go from page A to page B where page B has some relevant information? Is it obvious that you'd use that click pattern? The latter is especially a problem: If it takes three or four clicks to get to some content and some of those steps are not obvious it gets very confusing very fast.
