Description
The admin data file journal writes a line on each action on AdminData.
Two problems are present in the current format:
1) The fields in a line are separated by blanks which may give trouble if file
names contain blanks
2) The choice of the name of general status is poor: The first line in the
journal always claims the file store has failed.
