Modify the deploy configuration script so it uses HTTPremoteFile instead of FTPremoteFile

The current quickstart needs a FTP server to work. This is an unnecessary requirement as the earlier simple_harvest scripts worked quite nicely
with HTTPRemoteFile as transport method instead of FTPRemoteFile.
We just need a some HTTP ports allocated for this purpose.
