Still some inconsistencies between netarkivet prod and the standard NetarchiveSuite database

Before using dblook on the proddatabase the configurations and fullharvest table have been migrated manually and the jobs table migrated to version 5 by the normal inline migration done by NetarchiveSuite.
For the test database the jobs table have been migrated to version 5 by the normal inline migration done by NetarchiveSuite.
However some inconsistencies are still around:
Some indices are only in the prod-database and the field order of the jobs table is different between the prod-database and the standard netarchiveSuite
