TEST7 step2: There is differences between the prod dbs and test dbs structure

When performing the diff between the sorted versions of the prod and test databases respectively there are differences.
Note that the test database compared with the prod-database here has not yet been upgraded neither 1) to the new internal Derby format nor to 2) the new NetarchiveSuite table schema.
Upgrade 1 is done by the command:
echo "connect 'jdbc:derby:fullhddb;upgrade=true';" | java \ org.apache.derby.tools.ij

Upgrade 2 is done by the starting the GUIapplication with the DefinitionsSiteSection enabled.
When the log message ("Creating HarvestScheduler") is written in the logs of the GUIApplication we can safely assume that the database has been upgraded.
