Upload to the bitarchives of files greater than setting BITARCHIVE_MIN_SPACE_LEFT is not handled well

If an UploadMessage is submitted that tries to upload an archiveFile which is greater than the BITARCHIVE_MIN_SPACE_LEFT the BitarchiveServer will try to store the file if the bytes available for storage is greater than the amount defined by the setting BITARCHIVE_MIN_SPACE_LEFT.
