bitpreservation GUI gets timeout on large number of files

The bitpreservation GUI times out on a large number of files - getting the
filestatus
Seems like a timeout on 5 mins. This is the error message in the browser:
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST
/HarvestDefinition/Bitbevaring-filstatus-missing.jsp.
Reason: Error reading from remote server
Apache/2.0.54 (Unix) Server at kb-prod-adm-001.kb.dk Port 8080

Apache has a ProxyTime directive which has now been set to 259200 (3*24hrs) -
this did NOT help
So I assume it must be the jetty server that times out ?
