Minor Description
It seems that some Windows bitapps go unresponsive after talking with ftp-servers at statsbiblioteket.dk.
The last log in the bitapps are like this:
05-01-2011 00:26:27 dk.netarkivet.common.distribute.FTPRemoteFile logOn
FINE: Logged onto [followed by a ftpserver]
We don't really know what the cause is.
It could be that we don't catch some exception. Exceptions written to STDERR and STDOUT are currently not caught on Windows.
We may need to alter our deployment of Windows applications so these exceptions are written to some log.
